Payment Policy
- Customer must pay 50% of total amount as a deposit when a sale takes place. Remaining balance must be paid right after customer unload the masjid carpets.
- Please send the check as soon as masjid carpets are being unloaded. We prefer “Express Mail” for mailing checks.
- We charge $100 each late day as late payment fee after unloading masjid carpets.
- If Musalla Masjid Carpets and our customer agree on installation this is the payment plan

25% of the total amount when customer receive their order
25% of the total amount when MMC finish the installation

Shipping & Handling Policy
- Shipping cost must be paid by customers. We offer FREE shipping if the carpet is purchased by regular price and total purchase amount exceeds over $14,000
- Unloading masjid carpet from a truck is responsibility of customers.
- We call our customers one day before they receive their orders.
- Masjids must unload the truck on time. We recommend at least 7-8 people to present at the masjid to unload masjid carpets. It is very easy unloading the rolls if you have at least two dollies. I recommend two 1000 lb. Capacity Furniture Dollies.
- Late unloading causes fees and penalties. Therefore masjids are responsible those late fees and storage fees whıch would be charged by trucking company.
How to calculate Masjid Carpet needs?
If your masjid’s direction of qibla towards the corner of the walls you need to add at least 20% of wastage for plain masjid carpets 25% of wastage for masjid carpets with arch. Let say your masjid’ qibla is 45 degree angle and has a size of 2000 sq feet. You need at least 2400 sq feet of masjid carpets.
Our Masjid Carpets’ size Wide: 8’2” Length:66’ Each Roll is 540 sq feet or 60 sq yards. Each roll has TWO lines.
Sales Agreement and Confirmation
We recommend to have written sales agreement between two parties. Our sale process is completed when our customers sign the sales agreement and confirm the color and design of the masjid carpet.
Return Policy
We accept all returns which don’t match the masjid carpets that both party are agree on it. We sell and ship exact same masjid carpets which we promise to our customers. You may contact to our references regarding of quality of our services and carpets during and after sales process.
Require A Sample
Musalla Masjid Carpets charges refundable $50 for carpet samples. If you decide to purchase masjid carpets from Musalla Masjid Carpets we refund $50 to our customers.
Overseas Purchases
We ship our masjid carpets all over the world especially Canada and Latin America. Please contact us for custom fees and shipping costs.
Padding & Installation
- We offer installation service in USA if the area of masjid is big enough. Please contact Noor Alim for installation if your masjid is not in MidWest area. We have 25 years of experienced installer. Please call our references for quality of our installation service.
- We recommend Eco Fiber Touch 32oz Carpet Pad resists moisture and mildew. It is an excellent choice for busier floor spaces like homes, corridors, and public areas.
Guarantee
- Musalla Masjid Carpets are under the guarantee for at least 5 years. For installation and maintenance please work with professional companies.
Removing old carpet
- MMC charges $2 or $1.5 depends on installation method of existing carpet for each Sq Yard for removing old carpet
- Our customers must provide or pay the cost of Dumpster
Installation
- MMC doesn’t allow any person to enter carpet installation areas
- During installation MMC communicate only authorized person who is in charge in Carpet Renewing Project.
- Remaining balance must be paid the end of the installation. Please make the check ready one day before the completion of a project.

Note: Please make the check ready before receiving masjid carpet because in our Masjids it takes couple days to collect signature of board members and write the check. Musalla Masjid carpets will add $25 for each late day after the masjid receive the carpets. Late days start one day after the masjid receives the masjid carpet.
